We have had our daughters blood analyzed here by DR Shalilni Hitkari and found the service to be expensive for the end result. What we got was a report printed in black and white and a rushed, unprepared meeting about the results. No follow up or plan on how to move forward just "here you go, good luck". After getting my own test done at another Naturopath who used the same lab, I discovered that the results are color-coded, Green being good, Yellow being borderline and red being elevated. My wife called to ask if we could get a copy of the results emailed to us or a color version printed out, she was told that they don't keep them on file and couldn't access them. This is either a lie or simply shotty business practices, who deletes email these days. I would not recommend this "DR" or the condescending secretary.

I highly recommend Dr. Kyle Maynard and Horizons Holistic Health Clinic. Dr. Kyle listened to my symptoms as well as to what I felt and thought. He was curious and went above and beyond in researching different approaches and options. I had a minor heel bone fracture in May 2017. Although the fracture was healed by the end of August 2017, I was told I also had arthritis, plantar faciitis, and two bone spurs. I experienced ongoing pain and limited walking ability every since. When I asked other doctors about the pain and being unable to walk, they shrugged, and one doctor wouldn't even write down what I told him because he said they were just minor. Until a few weeks ago, I had to consider each step I took, which foot to use when stepping off a curb or down a step, and when I stood up I had to place all the weight on my good foot and then slowly transfer weight. Some days I could only walk a total of 3 blocks. My best days I could manage about 20 blocks in a day. I often spent 4 days sitting, moving as little as possible, until the pain was bearable. This wasn't working for me. Dr. Kyle Maynard, listened to my symptoms, how I felt and what I thought. His curiosity in researching and exploring options and treatments was heartening when I felt discouraged and had given up hope. Dr. Kyle will work with you and for you to find solutions. The solution may not be discovered on the first visit, but if you do your part by paying attention to your body, thoughts and feelings and share those with him – he will research, think, make connections and discover something that helps. In my case, (about 8 visits) he discovered I had some bones out of alignment in my ankle and did an adjustment. I am now able to walk without giving thought to how I place my foot, and I can walk as fast as I want. The only soreness is from muscles that have been unused for 16 months. Along the way, Dr. Kyle also confirmed that my lab results were fine with no concerns. I have alternative pills for hay fever and he discovered that I have severe sleep apnea. Now, with a CPAP machine, I sleep better and have more energy. And, being able to reclaim my life with more energy and being able to walk... what's better than that! Having a doctor who knows ALL my history and takes the time to listen – priceless! I give Dr. Kyle Maynard my highest recommendation.

I am so impressed! I have experienced pain in my dominant elbow, through my forearm and into my hand for many, many years. So much so that I switched my computer mouse to the other side and taught myself to write with my left hand. Took my 3 year old here. They have TVs above head with children's programming. My daughter barely noticed she was getting her mouth looked at. Personable and understanding staff with a quiet location make this a great place to bring kids.

The best dentists I've ever seen with the worst front desk staff I have ever had to deal with! I even followed Dr Shaila from the last place that treated her like their property! On many occasions now Sandra (a secretary on a power trip) has denied me access to my dentist. She's even tried hiding bills and surprising me with them before my next appointment and refuses the appointment unless paid. All my bills have always been paid on time with them and I have much more work to do but Sandra WILL NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY DENTIST FOR ME!!! It's completely wrong and immoral for a secretary to decide who is good enough for treatment!!!

As a “dentist-phob” since a child (yes it followed me to my adulthood) I found me neglecting my teeth with regular check ups as the anxiety was too bad!! When I went to see Dr. Russu she and her staff (especially Kim my favourite) made sure I was completely comfortable with everything prior than going ahead! I have to leave a review as I’m sure it’s rare for anyone to have a “complete” positive experience as well as fanominal results after leaving the dentist, but I did. Dr Russu is just an absolutely amazing, caring, considerate, gentle and most importantly honest person and Dentist, who treated me after suffering with Dental pain in one area, but not being able to point out the exact area. Dr Russu, took her time to assess me, so patiently, making sure I was at ease and comfortable throughout the rnture appointment and I never felt rushed at all. Every time any new instrument or procedure was changing, I was informed in detail as to what’s going on, and was explained in great detail what was happening with my teeth, I’ve never felt so relaxed, truly. Not only is it the day after my procedure of 2 fillings and my pain has gone, but I have onlythe slightest of tenderness, (which is really out of the norm for me, as I genuinely ache or swell). The office is beautiful and clean, and every member of staff is warm and welcoming, parking is easy, and the whole experience was delightful! I can not recommend Moss Health Care and Dr Russu enough, after many many trips to the dentist over my years, here and in Europe, this has by far been the most pleasant and by far successful. Thank you Dr Russi.

If I could give a higher rating I would. Dr. Maxwell has been treating me for almost four months and has helped me through a reoccurring lower back injury that I have been dealing with for at least a decade. I have been to multiple health professionals who offered me band-aid solutions for my pain and never truly got to the root of my pain. As a result of Dr. Maxwell's treatments and the core and stability exercise regimen he recommended, I am now back pain free. The clinic is especially friendly, helpful and inviting.
