They are Great!! Always offering tea, candy & noodles. Very friendly & efficient. Prices are the best in town. 1 hour free parking in the View St. Parade & a short 3 minute walk to KH Silver Nails on Fort St. Another 2 minute walk to the best bakery in town - The Dutch Bakery.

Great place, friendly staff, very fair pricing. My nails always look great when I get them done here. The leg massage during the pedicure is so relaxing. They always offer hot green tea and noodles- so kind and generous. My toe did get scraped too hard but the lady handled it very gently. I will be returning!

By far best nail salon I have ever been to! The quality, service and overall envoirnment will leave you happier than when you arrived. The staff are so hospitable and the owner went out and bought my mom a cake for her birthday it was beyond sweet! You really can’t go wrong coming here I have never been to a salon that pays such close attention to detail and with such positive fun staff. I will always be coming to this salon going forward!

My family and I were traveling in Victoria looking for a place to get our nails done and stumbled upon this fabulous establishment. ALL of the technicians were so friendly and wonderful at their job. They even bought everyone in the salon pizza!!!! Also, it was a customers birthday and they bought her a cake from the Dutch Bakery nearby. I’m still so shocked by the hospitality! HIGHLY recommend!

Lovely service! Such a happy place to visit. They offer tea and even noodle soup if you are hungry. The owner talk to clients as they are friends and family. First time visit and definitely will go back again. Great detailed work done. I felt so pampered!

Great place with talented, friendly staff and excellent prices. Always get my eyebrows waxed here and they really take seriously ensuring you get the shape and fullness you like. Had my eyebrows tinted here as well and they got the colour just right. Also had my nails done here for a wedding, which was pricier, but they did a great job.

Have been having a series of laser facials with Kat at Deco De Mode. Amazing. I am loving the results so much I booked a 4th appointment. Kat really knows what she is doing, is well informed and makes sure you are very comfortable and know what is happening or to expect. The desk receptionists are also helpful and friendly. Went with my mom and daughter for “girls pedicures”. Overall nice, relaxing pedicures. ✨☺️There’s nothing superb about the pedicure itself, it was typical. I really enjoyed being able to get the pedicures done at the same time together (with 3 people it’s hard sometimes for spas to schedule it), Deco is a really clean place and the esthetician’s are always pleasant and the space and service is relaxing. **I wish they found a way to make the pedicures “out of the box special” either with unique products or procedures, but I can’t complain because I left happy and beautifully polished! It was my moms birthday gift & she was thrilled to spend time with together, get her nails done and chill! Mission accomplished! I have been to Deco before and I have always had great service and they have a great selection of gel and regular polishes to pick from. I would go back again!! ☺️👍

I’ve been going to Kat for about six months now for laser hair removal. I cannot praise her enough! I was super nervous my first visit and she made me feel more then comfortable by explaining everything in detail and helping me figure out what the best package would be for me. Every visit since I have been amazed by the progress! The appointments are so fast and efficient which I really appreciate! I would 100% recommend Kat to anyone looking for hair removal!!

I've been here twice and the first time my nails looked nice but started peeling in a few days. The second time the woman was in a hurry and my gel nails ended up really bubbly and with thick gloppy spots. They also started peeling away and chipping within 5 days. My sister in law also got a pedicure at the same time and they rushed through it, only 25 minutes long. The nails had a couple bare spots towards the end and when she asked to get them covered the woman just argued. Definitely varies depending who does your nails and I dont think I will be back.

First time I got nails here they were super bubbly, second time I asked for a specific design on my toe but she just did her own design but Cathy did a great job on my hands so I let it go. The third time I went I had an appointment but was told it’s an hour wait even with an appointment so I went elsewhere. I’ve had waxing done and Cathy is great and quick, the other girl I had didn’t listen to what I wanted for my eyebrows and did her own thing (she was different from the girl who did my toes though). In conclusion, good service from staff who listens to you, annoying wait times if they get too busy or you get landed with a tech who thinks she knows what you want better than you.

If you’re looking for a good quality salon I do not recommend this place I have unfortunately had an awful experience with all the services I’ve received and very poor customer service skills, same with the way the owner handled it. I reviewed this place experience just a couple days ago and the owner replied to my review my posting my personal phone number breaching my privacy. I will attach the review and response down below. This salon has left me very upset and with little to none of my natural lashes. how ever I have edited the response by removing my personal phone number. 1 review 3 days ago DO NOT GO HERE! I got my eyelashes done there and not even a week later they all fell out and took my natural lashes with them... my family memeber is a lash tech and said they used NAIL GLUE on my eyelashes! I called 5 days after I got them done and let them know all came out and that I wanted a refund or a fill and I’ll pay for product and they said they couldn’t help me... by far the worst service I’ve ever recieved. I have also gotten my nails done here and they always broke off and the polish chipped within hours... such a bad place. Like Response from the owner a day ago Hi Camille, My name Cathy person who did you lashes, im so sory to know your eyelash came out. Yes I did got your phone call and I asked you make an appointment come back to fix your eyelash on Tuesday April 02 @ 11:00 am , I been waitting for you and you never show up . I tried to call you on the phone number you gave me , never answer ( 250 xxx xxxx. The glue I used on you eyelashes made in vancourver Canada, ( not the Nail glue ) like you said . Please answer your phone . I certified for eyelash and been doing eyelash almost 5 years .

The staff is great and helpful when I can't really decide how I want to do my nails. They can also help if you have issues with your nails. I'm a loyal customer.

I won't go anywhere else for my nails. Honey/Huang is a true artist. Amazing attention to detail and pride in their work. I didn't even know what I was missing. My nails always look perfect. If you are a regular, you get your own box with nail file and buffer so it's more sanitary. Also adorable fact: Teresa is the owners daughter's name. Cute!

I had my nails done by Quinn for the second time yesterday and she is wonderful. I brought in a picture of the heart nail design I have on in the attached picture and Quinn recreated it just the way I wanted. My Mum had her nails done by her colleague and they are perfect. We also had our toes done in gel and they are wonderful and the pedicure experience was relaxing and just what we were hoping for (very good massage chairs). Reasonable pricing, good quality work, clean spa environment, and very friendly people. Highly recommend!!!

I've gotten my nails done there multiple times throughout the years and every time I get them done they are great. The staff are super friendly and the nails are always as I would like them. Last time I went if I had an issue with my nails they were always fixed. I've had my last set of nails on for over a month and only two nails have broken off (Both of which would still be on if I hadn't had been reckless.) Overall Teresa Nails is where I always go to get my nails done and have never had a bad experience there.

What a great experience! My friend and I tried a different salon first. They didn't have enough staff for the both of us so we came here. This place was clean. The people working seemed happy. The atmosphere was upbeat and positive! I don't get my nails done often, but Magie Nail & Spa felt like the perfect treat. AVOID. Twice now I have made appointments that were completely ignored. The first appointment, I ended up leaving because I waited 30 mins past my scheduled time and was asked if I could wait a little longer, and I had to get to another commitment. The second time, I arrived early and confirmed that my appointment was for 4:45. They asked if I could wait until 5 and I said no, so they told another customer she would have to cancel one of her treatments (rude - maybe don’t overbook?) and they promised they would see me at my appointment time. I waited until 5:05 despite all this— in that time I received no acknowledgment, no apologies, no indication that I would get an appointment at all. Nail appointments aren’t always easy to come by, and I needed to get something done before an event. Very disappointed.

Well the salon is clean and nice. The receptionist is a sweetheart. The lady who did my pedicure was nice as well, and I liked that she remembered my name throughout. I felt that my foot soak was about 2 mins, and it wasn’t enough time to soak them. The lady did give me an awesome massage. But the day after my pedicure my cuticles, and feet were really really dry. In all, my appointment was about 35 mins. Would like to see them spend more time soaking my feet to help with dryness.

A very eco-friendly and health conscious spa. They have the best standards in cleanliness, and yes, I quizzed them in detail. Prices are competitive with other salons, and they have good deals on their website. Gel nail polish will look wonderful for weeks, if only my nails did not grow out! Annie, you are a gem. She is attentive, warm and friendly, and a very interesting person to discourse with during the service. I admire someone who can perform such high standards of aesthetics for her clients and is also a black belt! Book with Annie and you will not regret it. I scratched one nail on a door jamb and she fixed it for free. You cannot ask for better service than this.

I went there for the first time few days ago and it will definitely won't be my last! I've been to other salons here in Victoria and this is by far the best one in town! I felt very comfortable as soon as i walked in, all the staff members were great! Top class treatment with the latest equipments, you definitely feel like u get value for what you are paying for. It's also worth mentioning that the prices are very affordable and located in one of the best spot in Uptown. Great service! Had gel nails done by Tracy, who was friendly, fast, efficient and professional. She applied the gel Polish so close to the cuticle so I'm not going to have to get a fill anytime soon, which was lovely. The only complaint I have is that they use UV light to dry the gel rather than LED. If you're squeamish about that I might recommend getting just a regular polish. Lovely employees, good at their job, and very accommodating to your needs.

I love this place! The salon is perched high above the city, depending on the time of year I get to watch the sunset over Victoria while getting my nails done! I have had long natural nails for many years, and this year I took the plunge into gel nail extensions. My nails are so beautiful and strong now, I never have to worry about them breaking. The women here are so accommodating, and so creative. I get so many compliments on my nails so often I have just started keeping a few of the salon's business cards in my wallet, to save myself time!

Went in and the guy was friendly and all seemed good, got my face waxed and told the tech the wax was too hot, she just kept going anyway. She started doing my nails and I asked for art on all fingers she looked at me like I was stupid and was like no two fingers better so I brushed it off and was like okay. She cleans up my nails and suddenly goes your cuticles need to be treated that’s 10 dollars extra and starts doing them even though I didn’t agree. She then does my nails but only does one design on one finger of each hand. I paid 100 bucks for everything but felt like I hadn’t gotten what I asked for. I examined the nails later and some of them were filed in bizarre angles and cuticles were still there! Next day my sister asks me to take her daughter there so I agreed after warning her it wasn’t a good idea. I show a nail design to the lady and she’s like no we don’t do that (after grabbing my phone and showing it to one of the other girls without permission where they both started speaking their own language.) so I picked some other design and she goes I only draw full design on one finger. So I convinced my niece. Lady starts filing and proceeds to SCREAM at my seven year old niece if she so much as breathes too hard, does the design and then goes I can’t do full design on any of these fingers even though she said she could at the start. I asked her just to put sparkles on and she threw the color guide at us and is like pick one. Finally after this nightmare is over and my niece says to her face that she doesn’t like them, she charged us 35 bucks and if you pat me I am not stepping inside there again.

I always use Tram for my acrylics/gel polish on fingernails . She is sweet, efficient, but does not rush, she is thorough, consistent and kind. She understands, and does, whatever your preference is. 10/10 would not hesitate to use her forever. Separately, wasn’t overly pleased with a pedicure I got once from someone else, with quality and value (very superficial with getting dead foot skin and extra cuticle skin, but it felt good overall). Price was not reduced for no polish, which kinda sucked. If I had applied myself at home, it would’ve been better done and more thorough.

It was my first time coming here for my nails and over all I had a really good experience. I called 30mins ahead to see if they had room and they were accomodating to that. I got a manicure and shellac nails done and I found the manicure portion to be very thorough. The guy who did them did a very good job and I just found it to be very thoroughly done. They even included a little hand massage at the end which I find most places don't do even when you get a manicure. Overall very good experience. It was $42 for everything in total which is a little steep but I found that it was worth it for the service.

The people are friendly and the environment is nice but they are soooo slow! I took my mom here for a acrylic set - no polish - no gel as I was going to nail art them for her at home. The lady took 2.5 hours to do the set - plain acrylic - it was the most daunting experience ever. A great place if you don’t have a life or anywhere to be.

Not happy at all. Told her %20 Sylicic acid & %30 Glycolic acid doesnt work on me. So for some reason she used %20 Sylicic acid?! which did nothing. Not surprised. My skin problem got much worse. Over a dozen scars. I look terrible. Time off work. To bad she didn't give me the strong acid. Is my money not good enough? When i come in i'm paying for the strongest treatment available NOT the weakest? She was probably just trying to make more money off of me by making me try everything. Even when i told her i've tried it before. Well in reality she lost money because she didn't listen. Thanks for wasting my time, money & health. I'll never go here again. If the treatment worked it could of made big difference. Thanks for nothing.

Good service, book a head on weekends or before holidays, they have usually 3-4 staff on during peak hours during the week and 6 on weekends. My favorite place to go, prices are very affordable. As long as you have time to spend to get your nails correctly done and set before leaving, gel nails last months and normal ped nail last 4-6 weeks. If your someone like me who gets in grown the nails they very skilled with difficult nails like mine. Highly recommend them i go every 2 months or so to get my toes done.

The staff are amazing here! Very friendly and always remember you. They have a great client base but definitely will take someone who had not been there before with open arms. The gel they use is very good quality and lasts a long time! The owners are extremely caring and hardworking - they are the ones usually answering the phones and they always try and make something work for you even if they are busy and booked up! Nothing else to say but just go you won't be disappointed.

Very rushed and charged $68 for a gel polish pedicure. Barely any scrubbing, quick massage. Basic pedicure outrageous price. I pay $35US in the States and have a 10 minute massage, paraffin wax, hot stone massages and exfoliating scrub on my legs and feet and gel polish. Had none of that here. Polish and colour were great, everything else was lacking.

I have been here twice now. The girls are nice and the services are pretty good. There are not enough choices for nail polish! My appointments here have been several months apart, and still there were no new polishes! They have maybe 20 old polishes to choose from. I could also do without some of the unprofessional chats the nail techs like to have with each other. When I am getting my nails done it is for a nice and relaxing experience, not to hear about their personal issues. I am all for a laid back atmosphere, however do not wish to hear trash talk. The services I have received here have been well done though.

I went here for an acrylic fill and my nail tech Diane kept hitting my bare skin with the e file. She not only bumped me with it numerous times, but ended up scratching the hell out of the underside of my pinky finger. Three weeks later and one of my nails is also chipped! I don't do any sort of hard work with my hands and never experienced this with the previous salon I frequented. I contacted the owner hoping to get some sort of incentive to want to come back and received none. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I'm currently sitting in a chair here at Victoria Nail Spa. There's paraffin wax on my feet and I'm enjoying a really nice back and waist massage in their recliner chairs. This is all after I've had a hot rock massage on my calfs, feet and ankles, as well as a coconut sugar scrub. This is the second time I've come here with my father and brother in-law who are from out of town, we made our appointment just this afternoon and they've stayed open 45 minutes later, and counting, than their regular closing time. The customer service here is second to none and they've got a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We've been chatting about our families and sharing stories the entire time. We really appreciated the whole experience and we'll definitely be back soon. Thank you!
