We just had new windows installed by Centra Windows. They did a fantastic job, the installers, Kyle, Glen and Nick were great. They were very polite and installation was quick and they cleaned up well after they were finished They went above and beyond in the installation. They accommodated us by swapping the location of 2 windows for us at no extra charge after we changed our mind on where we wanted them located. After the installation was completed, we were walked around to each window to make sure they all functioned properly and were shown how to take the windows and screens out for cleaning and they answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend Centra Windows.

The entire experience was great - from the Consultation with Bryan to the Installation with Peter and Dave! The quality of the windows is fabulous and the quality of the work was impeccable! Peter and Dave came in the house with floor runners to protect our flooring and they cleaned up after they were done the installation. We were walked around to each window to make sure they all functioned properly and were shown how to take the windows and screens out for cleaning. Milgard makes a great product. I found the Montecito SmartTouch windows 8 years ago and installed them in a custom built home. The locking mechanism for the windows is easy to operate which is a major factor for me as I have rheumatoid arthritis. Recently I purchased a house built in 1901 and ordered the same style windows but for replacement. Garry at Adera was great to deal with and his crew did an excellent job installing into less than perfect (read not square) openings. I’m very happy with the results. Thanks team Adera!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We replaced over 20 windows and 3 sliding doors. Everyone we have dealt with has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We ran into some issues from a former owner's renovation, Alan immediately suggested ways to address the problem and it was dealt with quickly. All work has been exceptional and our property was cleaned up every night when they finished for the day, and very respectful of the interior as well. The windows and doors are a great quality and I especially like the French sliding doors. I highly recommend Adera for anyone looking for windows and doors.

We just had Adera install new Vinyltek windows. Gary provided us with very professional and helpful advice in the sales and quotation process. The installation was done by Allan and Ryan, and they are absolutely terrific! They are excellent craftsmen, were very mindful of minimizing the disruption to us and were happy to do anything to accommodate us. The work they did was first class in all respects. I called to get information about an entry door replacement option. The person was more interested in giving me names of the big box outlets for me to call. I was referred to Westeck by a builder who is satisfied with the products. I was left with the impression that Westeck was disinterested in assisting for only one item.I called Centra with the same question and their customer service was exceptional.

Horrible. Ken M. Came out to give a quote on all my windows in my home. Told me it would take a couple days to get a quote. I emailed him 3 days later, no response. A week later I called and he told me he had been busy and would get a quote to me the next day. Another week passed, still nothing. It's been over 2 weeks now, still nothing. Imagine if he said it would take 6 weeks for Windows installation... I wonder how long it will really take. He lost buisness for his company, I'm going with another company that didn't jack me around with a quote.

Having installed windows from various manufacturers in southern B.C. for the last 31 years, and Starline Windows now for over the last 5 1/2 years on my projects, I found that their windows and local service are superior to the other foreign mfg'd companies. It is nice to deal with a great 50 years going strong company that manufactures in BC Canada, and hasn't ever had to change their name. I can say that the components in the Starline product are a cut above the competition, and the staff are very helpful and quite nice too! I am happy to say I installed Starline windows in my home. Five and a half stars!

Ordered a horizontal slider from them, no communication on delivery date, when delivered the window came broken and the PVC frame is damaged, so they left it anyways. Also they carried the window laying down horizontal. Now who would deliver a damaged, broken window to begin with? Zero pride and integrity, do not ever order from them.

Have a house with Starline windows, Starline window warranty, document clearly says warranty says 10 years from the developer of the house, 2 sealed units have failed at the 8 years and company says warranty is only 5 years despite having the original document form the developer. Starline manufactures the assembly, not the glass, too bad so sad, and is unable to assist wit the repair even if we did pay for it! Stay away !!!

Awesome service by the whole shop. Jason was the front man that organized everything. We called in the morning before 9AM and they had 2 windshields brought in by 10:30 AM for our appointment. We needed a windshield for 2 vehicles and had errands to run so they did one then we swapped cars and they did the second vehicle. Vacuumed each vehicle and perfectly installed the glass for us. Everyone was super nice and helpful. They found rust under the window on my wife's car that they had to repair before installing the glass and all at the agreed upon price. Pictures of the repair were provided. No extra charges. I highly recommend this shop for glass replacements. 👍

Jason and his entire team at Crystal Glass in Kelowna located on Harvey Avenue across from London Drugs were amazing. My windshield and sunroof were smashed while driving after being hit with gravel rocks. Jason and his team were there to help, they picked up my vehicle at the Hyundia dealership and drove it back to there shop and instantly went to work on it. To make a long story short they went above a beyond what was expected as I dealt with my insurance company and as you can imagine when you crack 2 windows that makes it complicated for everyone. Jason understood that dealing with insurance claims can take time. Crystal Glass and Jason’s entire team were professional to deal with in person and ver the phone. He even got me back into my SUV before the claim was settled. In the end this saved me money on 3 extra days of car rentals charges. Thanks again for going out of your way for me and my family. Honestly don't go anywhere else. I cracked my drivers side mirror, Jason was so helpful i needed a replacement right away. Supplied all of our windows for our new home in Kelowna. Everything went well with order and installation. Problem is with customer service after install. We discovered seven of our widows had debris between the pains. The agreed to replace. We have been waiting for over 12 months. Next issue is we asked them to provide a price to replace a window with a screen window. Took two months for them to visit home to measure for quote. On several occasion they confirmed they would be there and did not show. Finally did show, we have been waiting for one month, still no quote.

58 years ago, I made a glass-top coffee table in school. It had been in constant use for 55 of those years. When moving recently, the glass (separately packed) was broken. I took the table to Kelowna Glass for a replacement piece of glass. When I went in to pick it up, one of the workers put it in my car. At that point I noticed that a corner joint in the frame had separated, and the wooden frame was split. Kelowna glass had cut the new glass too large, had it tempered, and then forced it into the frame. I pointed it out, and was told "oh, yeah, I meant to tell you about that. The guy that did it was really sorry about it. I'll give you your money back, and you can keep the glass." I'm not sure why I would keep the glass - it's still too big. I had to disassemble the top, re-glue it, reassemble it, and now I have to run around some more dropping it off and picking it up again - somewhere else. Several hours work - for what! I would definitely NOT recommend this business.

I'm extremely unhappy with the lack of service I received from this company. I had a sales rep come out to the house to quote us on a piece of glass. My husband asked for a quote for Tempered glass but he quoted us for Laminated glass (the more expensive glass). He didn't mention this when he quoted us and was quick to ask for a deposit so we could get the glass ordered. I thought it was a bit pricey so I asked another glass provider for a quote it was half the price. I called Kelowna Glass back and spoke with someone in the office and he confirmed that we did get a quote for the wrong more expensive glass. I called them back and asked for a quote for the right glass and had to wait a week. When I called them to find out what the hold up was, they had no reason. The guy asked me what size the glass was as the rep had 2 different sizes listed. Why are there 2 sizes for 1 piece of glass? They were going to call me back after they spoke with the sales rep to find out why there were 2 sizes... It's been 2 weeks, no call backs, no apologies, nothing. Needless to say, I will never be dealing with this company.

After reading some reviews it is not surprising, but is unfortunate that I am not the only one getting the royal run around from NAP Windows & Doors and their affiliates AluminArt and C. Deis Installations Inc. Warning to all home builders if you are providing NAP products in your new home builds you should take note of the after service and customer relations of this manufacturer. I contacted the home builder that custom built the home we now occupy and asked him if he is still using NAP products for his new builds hoping he may have some influence with NAP to resolve my window issues. He said he has not used them for a long time and I can certainly understand why as these people could care less about their product and customer satisfaction. The windows in our home are 14 years old and the mutton bars have broken loose causing them to slide along with a failed seal in the master bedroom. After contacting NAP they refused me warranty which I was NOT seeking. My request was very simple and to the point. Please send one of your dealers to my home to provide a REPLACEMENT COST quote reflecting a price other than full retail. Six weeks passed since their dealer was at my home and they have now informed that they are unable to provide any kind of quote. Funny thing over that time period I have been able to obtain 4 quotes that have taken anywhere from 3 to 7 days to deliver. When an organization and its affiliates does not even want to provide a competitive quote for replacement costs you know you have the wrong window manufacturer. A word of caution to home builders if you are using this product you may have a string of unhappy home owners in the future. Fortunately for me my home builder has been very sympathetic and sent his new window provider to my home to assess the situation and provide a vert competitive replacement cost quote. Lucky for me being that I am not the original owner I have a building contractor that cares about customer satisfaction and his company's reputation. We will NEVER allow any NAP products in our custom home and nor would we recommend this manufacturer and its affiliates to others.

Excellent customer service. I had to get my car window replaced and could only come by to drop it off on my lunch break. They arranged and took care of the costs for a taxi to take me back to work and for a taxi to pick me up from work again to get my car. They vacuumed my entire car and made sure that the process went as smooth as possible. Definitely would recommend!

An inefficient company with poor communication skills. We were to have our windows replaced in March and have repeatedly been given dates for work to commence only to have the dates cancelled. It is now May and we are still waiting. Additionally, the manager handling our account never returns our phone calls as promised. Choose another company. We chose this company as they promised a speedy job. I have written this review in hopes that other people will not have to deal with such a frustrating situation.

Watch out for their trucks on the road. They will not stop at crosswalks and will attempt to hit you with their truck if it means they can save time. Competition glass almost killed me at the driveway on Springfield orchard park entrance.

The service is very fast, and they use high quality OEM grade materials. They also leave your car clean and mount everything nicely. I was very impressed with Mike,his knowledge on glass type and installation is second to none. It was a comfort to leave my vehicle in their hands knowing how the work was going to be done as he explain. On picking up the truck I was overwhelmed on the finish product. The quality of the glass,the extra details that they put into the job. The truck was washed,vacuum and detailed as well. When I got home I phone and thanked Mike again being overwhelmed by the finish result. My car needed an entirely new windshield because i was switching over from alberta insurance to BC. I can definitely say this place is worth your time. They were very accommodating, offering me a ride to work in the morning and also happy to stick around after close for me to pick up my car after my 9-5. The windshield itself is very nice and my front window has never looked better. So all in all, while it wasn't exactly an inexpensive job, I believe they probably did that best job possible and they were very friendly

Had my car dropped off at the mechanic shop next door (Glenn’s Automotive) and needed my windshield replaced as well. The shop owner recommended Scott to me and gave me his number, I gave Scott a call and while my car was in the shop next door Scott came over and had the new windshield on order. I had my windshield and car both repaired conveniently and at the same time! I didn’t have to take my car anywhere else and the vehicle was ready for exactly when I needed thanks to Scott. This place was a huge help for us! I had my window smashed out in my truck overnight as we are visiting Kelowna. We called Scott right away and he brought us in. He vacuumed my truck, masked the window, topped up the washer fluid and cleaned all my windows so we could get back on the road!
