Our gutters were clogged even though it hadn’t been long since the last cleaning. The employee saw that they didn’t need a full cleaning, just the downspouts needed to be done. So he installed downspout covers and significantly reduced the price of the cleaning. Should last longer now. Very happy with the services from this company.

The technicians were very friendly and personable, and had a great sense of humor!! They worked quickly & efficiently, and the price was exactly as promised. The difference in the windows was clearly noticeable (pun intended, lol)! They are coming back to clean the gutters in a month. These guys do a great job! I had my gutters cleaned by others and they just pulled out the pine needles and left the other dirt in the gutters. The first time that Men In Kilts cleaned my gutters I actually could hear the water running through the gutters for the first time since moving here! Now they come every year :) They are very professional and do such a great job. Don't hesitate, call them!!

I’ve been using Pureways for over 3 years now and I am very pleased with both the customer service and the quality of the service they offer. They always answer my calls right away (unlike some if the other cleaners that I’ve dealt with in the past) and I am booked within minutes! The lady on the phone (Melissa) is very friendly and knowledgeable - she assigned me to a certified technician who walked me through all the issues I was having with my gutters. They did my gutter cleaning, repaired my leaks and a section that was falling off from the ice and some of my broken soffit pieces that fell out from the heavy wind! We purchased a house and were looking for a contractor to replace our gutters and the old wood soffiting. We were in a rush to get things done before our moving date and expressed that when we called and requested the quote. Surely enough, we had a technician contact us within minutes and had a quote already! We booked the service immediately and we were very impressed with the timely attendance to our request. Upon arrival, they had a senior technician who led three other experienced technicians and they had my gutters and soffits replaced within two days! No mess was left behind and the technician in charge gave us his personal contact incase we have any issues. We are very pleased and highly recommend their service!

These guys are professional in many ways for sure. I would advise that you don't know how much moss you have on your roof until someone checks so be prepared for extra costs. Also I would suggest that you ask for forewarning should the actual cost exceed the original quote. I don't doubt they've done a good job but unfortunately it's impossible to check. They are very quick to respond to questions.

I just want to say I am very pleased with their services. When i called and left a message with the reception I got a call back from their technician right away! They viewed my house on google and gave me a quote right away which I found very time efficient as we required some immediate repairs! We made and appointment and even though they were booked they fit us in after hours! Our gutters were leaking and falling off on some sections, they fixed it all and they also guaranteed the work for a year so they definitely stand behind their service and workmanship I highly recommend their service!

Andrew did outstanding work for us on a difficult to clean building. Our strata reached out to several companies to have the exterior windows cleaned on our 3 story building. We received a range of quotes and proposed methods of cleaning, not all of which would have been totally effective given the particular difficulties our building presented.
