Had an ADT alarm installed and was very frustrating. Never did get the promised letter to show my insurance company that I'm monitored and receive cheaper house insurance. My first bill didn't arrive for well over one year. I made many attempts to get the paperwork and get things corrected to no avail. After the three year commitment I gladly rid myself of them and had no interest in a lower monthly rate to stay with them. Horrible unorganized service.

I Purchased a door entry alarm then decided to return unopened item within the 14 day return policy. Was astounded to find that as part of their return policy they find it necessary to charge a 15% re-stock fee. This is because they need to check the item to make sure it is all present & correct & ready for resale. I completely understand that the item needs to be checked but the door entry alarm was a small simple item with a $302.35 price tag. The re-stock fee was $40.49. WOW!! NOT the first time i'v been disappointed by this company. I definitely wanted the staff to know I was unhappy by the size of the restock fee but I left the store with complete disappointment. Id suggest that this company use Signage to inform all customers of this high restock fee at point of sale.

Had Stephan to blow out the pipes on our central vac. He was professional, explained things, and even went the extra mile to suggest the problem that was causing the pipes to clog up when there was no big items in the clog (just regular dirt and grim...no socks or balls or anything big). So he fixed what he thought the problem was; his labour was included in the cost of the maintenance service. Just had to pay for the parts ($4). I was really pleased that he didn't just not fix the problem so that we would be in the same position again in another year. Was really pleased with this service. I had called around to 3 places in the city and this place was the lowest cost and yet still had excellent service. Will definitely use them again!
