Terrible service - promised service for this morning - no one showed up. Phoned at noon and was assured someone would be here this afternoon. Phoned at 6:30 and given a lame excuse - trucks broke down and we were super busy. All that was needed was honesty - admit there are issues so someone can get on with their day. Would never use this company - service is everything and they couldn't even bother to be honest or phone waiting customers to advise them of the situation. I only gave one star to allow the post - I would give them no stars :(

We had a problem on Sunday. I called at 2PM and Mark came out 1 1/2 hrs later. Great service, very knowledgeable. You pay extra on a Sunday but when you have an emergency it worth every $. Thanks a bunch.

What a wonderfull company.I had a sudden septic tank occlusion at 2 pm Friday Mar 24.The quickest a scheduled appointment could be made was for Monday.When I explained the situation the dispatcher contacted one of their drivers Mark who agreed to take another truck out after his day was done.Mark arrived around 5 pm and problem solved.I learned everything I think there is to know about septic tanks.Mark was a blast. Sending a huge rave to Ace Tank Service. They first had to find our septic tank which they successfully accomplished in minutes. They then cleaned out both tanks. After this they then completed a full septic inspection. When finished they back filled and cleaned up the whole area. You can hardly tell they were here. Very friendly and professional young men. Thank you so much. You did an awesome job at very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!!!

What a great business. They called an hour before showing up, which was right on time. By the way the owner still does all the work. He pumped the septic tank and found the problem right away. And when they were done they covered up the tank and you couldnt even tell they were there. The bill was exactly what he quoted me over the phone, no extra fees like the other guys. I would recommend them to everyone.
