Since 2007 when I bought my house, Cindy English taught me, very very patiently everything I needed to know about my salt water pool. This year I asked her to provide and fit a new liner, diving board and ladders as well as new equipment (pump and heater). I couldn't be happier! She and Martin did a beautiful job that my guests remark on every time! The pool bottom is now smooth and even and the liner she recommended shimmers in the sunlight. The equipement is very user friendly and the gas heater very cost efficient. A thousand thank yous!

Wow, what horrible telephone manners. I called to continue weekly maintenance service after I took over a rental property with an indoor pool, the man that answered the phone was rude to say the very least. I explained that I wanted to continue weekly pool cleaning maintenance, he told me that he couldn’t send anyone this week, so asked about, about next week, he said no to that as well.... I asked when then, he said he didn’t know and that he couldn’t find the appointment book, so I asked if I should call back, and he said again, he didn’t know. He didn’t want to take my number and was basically barking at me on the phone. Huge customer service fail. I honestly don’t know why they would let such a grump like that answer there phones. All I can say is, don’t give your business to this outfit, they have zero manners.

The knowledgeable staff at C Blu always takes the time to educate the client and have saved me from making costly mistakes early on with both our pool and hot tub. Product brands are top notch; pricing is competitive; water testing is quite thorough. I've never been sold more than I've required and have had consistently successful results with their balancing recommendations; especially when finding myself with really messed up water chemistry in the early years. They've always come to the rescue. I'd highly recommend them for all your pool & spa needs!

This store is exceedingly expensive for ANY of it's "billiards related items"! Very small and limited and costly selection of pool cues and accessories. The location doesn't do the Dufferin Billiards Brand any justice at all. Too limited in choice and way too pricey for ALL. Perhaps because the location also sells and services "spas and hot tub pools" as well. It is the only Billiards supplier in Abbotsford to offer pool cues but purchase online at other sellers is half the cost to buyer in the end.

Tricky to find location, no real obvious sign. Tucked away on side and really it’s a pool supply spot with games on the side. Need much better signage to spot from street. Some decent selection but limited. Prices were varied, some too high and others were okay compared to other game stores.

Great service every time I go in and always very helpful. I get my hot tub water tested by Vantage once a month which makes it so much easier to maintain. They give me a print out letting me know exactly what I need to do to balance my water. I purchase anything that I am low on or need and off I go until the next month.

I rarely write reviews but I had to share. I am so disappointed as I purchased a lot of chemicals and services from Vantage over the years and recently had a very awful experience. Anyway, I bought a 'product' and there was a younger girl who sold it to me. She opened the box and pulled the product out. Well I noticed the box was worn a bit and the product looked used but she insisted it could be returned if there was any trouble at all. She was really assuring so I bought it anyway. I put it in my car and left it there overnight because I realized I could buy the exact same thing on Amazon for half the price. It was too big a saving on Amazon to keep so I brought it back the very next day. The younger girl was there again and had the nerve to say that I used the product. Nope. Left it in my car and never used it because Amazon had it at a much lower price. She was the one who told me I could return it no problem. She even opened the box in front of me and pulled the product out when I came the day before! She saw how it looked used. I was furious!! She suggested I was lying. I am not sure how we ended up getting to the till but she did give me a refund. Sorry Vantage but that girl cost you a customer. It's not good customer service. The product should have been marked final sale if it was used and returned the first time. Sorry but I had to share this experience. :(
