The response time was amazing even in the midst of a winter wind storm. We had a broken water pipe in our heating system and it was fixed in an hour. We had to have them come back for another issue that arose and the plumber showed up quickly with a great attitude and got the pump going again. The follow up call was also prompt and genuine. Paul j Henderson called regarding a leak at his rental property. He was a first time customer but does not reside at the job location. Before we can start the work their needs to be a trusting relationship. He said he was going to meet me at the rental property. I arrived their asked tenant where is Paul? She said Paul told me he’s not coming! If you are a liar how can he be trusted?

I can't really rate since he didn't/wouldn't do anything. He was quite rude on the phone, arranged to show up at a place we own. He showed up, met my tenant, and she said he was "grumpy" to her. He told her he'd have to "take it apart." Then he just left without saying anything to my tenant. OK. Unprofessional, rude, and just weird. Some people really hate their jobs, I guess.

Irresponsible Threatening Argumentative Unapologetic My experience with this company was not as a customer but as a potential employee. I contacted this company and they expressed interest in interviewing and employing me due to my experience. I am a plumber at the top of my field with experience and customer service abilities. Over 20 years experience. Besides that I'm a single full-time father of a 2 year old child. Our initial appointment was canceled for what seemed to be reasonable reasons they asked to reschedule for the next day. I made it clear to the manager/owner the cost that would be occurred for me to come in on a weekend. (Babysitter) he reassured me and set up an appointment. I waited around for well over 4 hours with no communication whatsoever left numerous messages. When I gave up I voiced my concern with the situation and my displeasure in a very polite manner. The next day the owner called me in regards to my complaint, he skirted responsibility throughout the whole conversation ,trying to place the blame for the situation on me. As well tried to take control of the conversation by being threatening then tried to get upset with me for voicing my displeasure with his behavior. The arrogance,lol. From my experience when the management of a company behaves in such a unprofessional manner . The customers are generally being treated the same way ,either being ripped off or paying for a lower quality of work. I am an advocate for smaller local companies it doesn't benefit anyone especially the customer by purchasing labor from a large name brand company. I am a firm believer of going local. That is why I was so surprised by the behavior of this company generally speaking smaller companies have a very high quality of professionalism but apparently that rule does not apply with Total Quality Service Plumbing

Very creative billing. If that is what you are looking for. Charged $300 for installing shower base which was a service we did not receive and when questioned they altered the wording of the statement and charged $300 for plumber to 'help level shower base' that in reality equated to plumber holding corner of shower base for under 2 min while my husband adjusted. Feel ripped off.

Trustworthy and professional. Was a customer of Aquasave Plumbing and Heating and continued by supporting Schubert. Always feel comfortable with their employees in my house and have never felt as if their quotes are unreasonable. In a position where it would be easy to be taken advantage of (having no knowledge of plumbing) they have never taken advantage of this and even offered suggestions for things I could do myself which would not compromise the plumbing in my house. When problems arose they were always keen to rectify the issue free of charge. I feel it is rare nowadays for companies to see their customers as people and not a dollar value - Schubert treats me as a valued cutomer.
