Our office has commissioned services from East West Limousine for 2 staff events and the customer service for both evenings was amazing! Not only were the drivers friendly, accommodating and professional but the supplied vehicles were immaculate. They definitely will be our go to company in the event we are in need of transportation services again.

This company has been such a pleasure to deal with. Harman has been so patient and very accommodating when it came to last minute changes. I was welcomed and able to stop by their business on a Sunday and finalize the payments and scheduling. Indi - (The Driver) showed up 10 minutes before scheduled time and called me at that time. Very quiet, professional, and also very accommodating, stayed in contact with me the whole time via texting, as I was not present, this was for my daughter's Graduation. He never let us wonder where he was or if he was going to be on time. After the job was done, he even texted me to make sure all was good and that he thanked me for the business. This company, right from the time of booking, right up to the pick up and drop off, was such a nice experience and completely made my Daughters graduation a day to remember.

One of our clients who is not tech savvy but wanted to give us a review sent this email. The driver's name was actually Durga. She was kind enough to write us a thank you letter. ''Hello Jargen (spelling?) and Harman. I wanted to contact you sooner than now to tell you what a wonderful addition to the evening it was having Jargen driving us in the beautiful limo. At our request, he kindly drove us to where one of our teachers will be moving next week and then both upon leaving Happy Farm and leaving the restaurant, Jargen was not only punctual but courteous as well. It was a wonderful trip and we all thank you so much. I also want to say that I will be getting in touch with you again to repeat the elegance of your driver and limosine. Many thanks.''

I booked a 12-seater limo for my graduation and everybody was very satisfied with the service. Arrived on time and the limo was clean. It was just a bit difficult to communicate with the company because they only book and deal with payment details via phone. Stuff can get lost in translation so call again to double check they have the correct details.

I recently booked a limousine for my birthday dinner and I must say, the service was great! Our driver Wassim was very friendly and was always on time for each pick up that night. We all enjoyed their service and all got home safe at the end of the night. I will definitely use their services again!

I used their services a few times and what can I say, every time I use them, they provide absolutely amazing service. I’ve had sunny as my driver on a couple of occasions and he was very friendly and outgoing. They’re never late and even on one occasion gave me a free bottle of champagne as a thank you. Our absolute go to Limousine service. We have used RRR now for years for any events we attend downtown with another couple or group. The vehicles are always gorgeous, roomy, pristine set up for everything we need. RRR is always on time, easy to deal with and professional. We don't even call around anymore. This is the best limousine service around!

In the Winter of 2017 we hired RRR Limousine to pick up our staff and take us to Grouse Mountain for our Christmas Party. We were then supposed to have a pick up at 10pm and be taken around to look at Christmas lights on the way home. During our dinner a wind storm had occurred and we were all stranded up on Grouse Mountain till 4:30am. Vincent our driver stayed the whole time waiting for us to get off the Mountain, while all other Limos and forms of transportation for other parties left leaving everyone to fend for themselves and getting rides home once off the Mountain. We just want to say how thankful we are to Vincent and RRR Limousine for taking care of us and the over the top professional service that we got. We have since had RRR Limousine a number of times and have always been so pleased with the service that they give. A big 'Shout out' to Randy the owner for having such a great company.......WE HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SERVICE TO EVERYONE!!!!

We hired RRR Limo for our son's birthday party.. Matt was our driver and I wanted to say that our experience was nothing short of perfect. He was punctual and more than patient with our fairly loud and excited boys. Communication with Randy to make the booking was easy, I would hire and recommend this company in heart beat.

Arturo was punctual, professional (holding the umbrella in the pouring rain for the ladies) and were a delight to deal with. Poor customer service. It seemed like he overbooked himself as he was more concerned about his other airport runs to make more money instead of the main booking .... We chose this limo for a safe ride to and from downtown for a 30th birthday. Part of that is the experience of a limo service not just pick up and drop off. I will say the limo was clean and nice inside ... As a service should be though. He gave the feeling he was pinching us for time and was in a rush since he had to slam on the breaks TWICE because he didnt make the light.... All of us lurched forward in the limo. He also refused to make a stop on the way. Ive never had a limo drive say that. And he also did not drop the birthday gentleman and his wife off at home....

As a first time limo user, we had googled what was available and read reviews. Glamorous Arriving Limo came highly recommended. So glad we chose them, awesome service and very acoomodating. The limo was clean and comfortable and our driver, Arturo Junior was great! He even took family photos with multiple phones before we got into the limo. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Our Coalition for a Healthy Riverview held a Rally on March 30, 2017 and we used one of Infinity's party buses to help transport those with tired feet or accessibility difficulties. They were absolutely wonderful to us, going way above and beyond expectation. The driver Stuart was friendly and engaging with all the passengers and made about 100 people have a thoroughly enjoyable experience all in the space of about 3 hours. We will definitely be using this service for a pub crawl or a whistler trip in the near future!

Smaller fleet but its about quality over quantity. Would prefer to have to call a little bit earlier and have to wait a little longer for a safe, friendly ride. Drivers are always great, vehicles always clean and dispatchers/management are great. Will always recommend this company.

The lady who answers the calls in the afternoon and evening is super nice and polite. The one who works in the morning is soo rude and miserable. If she hates her job why don't she just quit?! The drivers on the other hand are super nice! She is the one that bring the company down

I rather walk than deal with this taxi company. Why do taxi companies oppose to Uber and other competition ? Competition is necessary to make sure that you are at your best. Central Valley feels as they have the monopoly that they can treat you like dirt. I called for a cab. The young lady answered in a soft voice without identifying the company’s name. She simply said “ taxi”. Who’s to know which company it is? The proper protocol is to say” Central Valley taxi, how can I help you ?” I was told 10 min wait. 15 min later I asked if the taxi was coming ? I was going to be late for my appointment. The lady said- the taxi is coming shortly. Do you want me to cancel the ride ?” I replied “ I just want to know when the taxi is coming ?” Her reply” I am canceling your service “ I said I never said anything about cancelling and she simply said I am canceling your taxi service repeatedly. I have dealt with company for many years as they used to help me with picking up my children when I couldn’t. I call them for my clients at all times. I guess the service have changed and customer service is non - existence. I feel sad for the clients that have to depend on them at all times. No one deserves to be treated rudely at all times. After waiting for 25 minutes I left with out notifications as the company doesn’t deserve any courtesy. I walked after that. The main problem: the person answering the phone. Solutions: please take some etiquette lessons in how to treat your customers. Please be courteous and be polite to everyone. No one deserves to be treated like dirt.

It is better to give this company lower than 1star rating! the promise time is sucks! they told me to wait 20mins but I'ved waited for more than 1hr! I called their customer service 3times but it kept on saying its on the way! OMG! You can't trust them!

The dispatchers here are absolutely terrible. The woman in the morning can not get my address right for the life of her even after I get her to repeat it to me and she repeats the correct address but dispatches to the wrong address? EVERY. TIME. I downloaded the app thinking maybe just maybe that might work a bit better, was I wrong. I booked a cab tonight at 6:05pm to be there for 7:10pm, you would think more than a hour would give them more than enough time to get to me on time but NOPE. I had to call and see where my cab was, the lady who answered the phone tonight was very rude and disrespectful, I asked her where my cab was located because I booked it over an hour ago and she told me it was busy because of “the wind”. I get into the cab to ask how accurate the app is since this was my first time using it, only for the cab driver to tell me the dispatcher did not dispatch him until 7:14, in which he got to me at 7:24pm (usual timing for cabs which is why I thought over an hour would be more than enough time, silly me). So “the wind” was her excuse for her not paying attention and not doing her job properly. Excuse my language, but this company needs to get its $hit together. I cannot wait for Uber to come to Canada. At least then people will have a reliable ride.

Terrible.... absolute terrible.... where the hell is UBER! Im sick and tired of dealing with terrible taxi service... Like I have more faith in walking home on a rainy day then calling this taxi service, absolute disgrace and they challenge UBER... I cant wait till taxi service is non existent!

I had a great experience with my driver, I believe his taxi number was 88, I booked a taxi 5 hours prior before I got on my flight and arrived at the Abbotsford airport and he was there a bit early but ready and waiting for me - it was perfect! He left me a message so I knew exactly which taxi I was looking for and that he was there. He helped me with my bag, we had light and easy conversation, he was very personable and I enjoyed the 1 hour ride to the Vancouver airport. I had received a quote a few days prior for approximately $150 for that ride and it was almost exact - I was very pleased to have no surprises. I would use Central Valley again!
