Was quoted 8 hours for house cleaning after owner viewed house. 2 ladies came and were 10 hours. Cleaned one bathroom, dusted and washed couch and love seat. No vacuuming, floor washing and only worked on one floor of 2 storey 2300 sq ft house. I was gobsmacked! Hired another lady who completely cleans entire house by herself in 3 hours. This company is terrible!! When I complained the owner just brushed me off. Just an awful experience!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Now my husband and I are very new to this type of service as we never really needed it before. However, we are selling our condo and needed a "move out clean" as Simply Clean Maid Services called it. Unfortunately our experience with them was quite shady. When we hired them we were living in another town about 8 hour drive away, so we asked a family member to let the cleaners into our condo. We gave specific instructions to the cleaners as well as the family member of what we wanted cleaned and what we wanted left and not touched! We had left two bar chairs at our breakfast bar as staging furniture because the breakfast bar was our feature selling point in our condo! Well we came back into the city about two weeks or so after the cleaners were in our condo and to our surprise we were missing the two chairs, the window sills were NOT cleaned and the toilet also was not cleaned. I decided to give them a call to rectify the situation. BARB, (who may be the owner I am not sure) said she was told to throw out ALL furniture without our permission. They also mentioned that they dont clean "mildew" off window sills. Unfortunately this company has a lack of communication and it appears they only want your money for a half ass job! When scheduling this company, my husband was NOT told of what the company DID or DID NOT do. We were also NOT told that they require a $75 deposit. So when we were about to pay them (from out of town, we had NOT seen the half ass job snd the stolen chairs yet) Barb was in a big hurry to get her money and she made us give her he $75 deposit before they got to the condo. Which again, was not mentioned when booking her terrible service. BARB was very unapologetic and blamed our family member for "having no idea what was going on". Now you see, my husband and I were only a phone call or text away. They could have contaced us to VERIFY what we (as the customer) wanted done, as they were obviously unsure. BUT they did not call nor text, they assumed. They were very UN informative in the beginning never stating what they did and did not clean. My husband and I asked them to take out our garbage and they said "we do not remove garbage". It was to my surprise that they acually LEFT behind the comforters and pillows in a garbage bag AND also the bed mattress we left behind to use for sleeping on when we came back to the condo. When I asked her why she left everything else and only took our chairs, She claimed "she couldnt fit anything else into her car." In conclusion, We believe this company SIMPLY CLEAN MAID services/BARB stole our bar chairs for their own purposes as well as stole our money for a job that was NOT completed. If you want your personal things stolen please contact this company.

Just have to give a shout out to Perfection Cleaning. I had a deep clean service recently where 2 of their staff came in for half a day and cleaned my house from top to bottom. They did a fantastic job!! I came home a beautifully cleaned home that included baseboards being wiped down and blinds cleaned (I have a lot of those!!). The office staff worked with me to get me in and followed up afterwards to ensure I was happy with my cleaning. Their cleaning staff was professional & efficient. I highly recommended them – you get what you pay for!

They did not such a good job!! I have gone through a few different cleaners and unfortunately I did not have any luck with one that actually put in the time to do a good cleaning. The Cleaners came and they made sure under my bed was clean, under my couches. They did not miss one spot. This is the WORST place ever!!!! I had them come clean my place on the first day ever the woman broke my vacuum hit it in the laundry room and never said anything to me. Then the girls came 2 weeks later ( new girls) to do a clean asked again if they could use the vacuum and while I was there they pulled it out and the whole front and was visibly broken almost falling apart. The woman did not have the decency to tell me that she had had an accident with my vacuum instead just stashed away somewhere where I wouldn’t see it. When I called the office to tell them what happened they said don’t worry we have insurance to cover things like this.... Then I get a call saying the woman who cleaned my home told them she never used my vacuum so basically called me a liar and refused to cover the damages.😡 Then cancelled my cleans and couriered my house keys back to me. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place in 1 million years to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY from this company that are shady!!!!!!!!!
