Great service when they are trying to sell you the garage door. Once they have your $, absolutely the worst service ever. One evening the cables on my garage door came off and we were unable to lower the garage. The emergency number, on the door, just went to the office voice mail. So it was non existant. The next morning I was told they were too busy and I should call their competition. The door had been installed less than a year prior. Finally they did send out a technician, who was rude and unprofessional. He was upset that he had to come repair someone elses work. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else. The only reason for the 1 star is because google wouldn't let me post with no stars.

An excellent experience. We had a bay door that needed immediate attention so we could lock it down for the weekend. the problem started just before noon and by end of day we had a great fellow come out and fix our door in excellent fashion and timing for a reasonable price. Hats off to you guys!!!

I called them several times to come give me an estimate in Hope , I even had one sales person texting me and told me to be patient he will come give me a quote but they never showed up . The worst customer service ever . He asked me questions on the phone and right away told me how much money it is going to be . They are very rude on the phone like I was wasting their time !! We had a broken door latch on our front door. Since you can't seem to buy just the latch part itself, I was trying to find a similar style of door handle to buy. I found out Westcoast Prehung Doors had supplied the doors for our townhouse complex, so I called to see if they could tell me what make and model handles were used. They went above and beyond. They told me they had some parts in stock and if we brought out the door handle they would see if they could replace the latch part. My husband went out there this morning and came back with a new latch which works perfectly.
