If I could I would rate this place as a -5 star. I brought in my wedding dress to be tailored. Had the dress fitted with the tailor and agreed with the her about the things required to complete the job. She wrote me up a ticket and said to come back in 3 weeks. 3 weeks and 3 days later I go to pick up my dress and it was not complete and was wrinkled everywhere!!! I asked about the items that weren’t finished and the tailor made excuses and reasons as to why it wasn’t done and couldn’t be done. She said that some of the originally agreed upon tailor was impossible to do. I needed the length in the arms taken in she said that it looked good the way it was and gave the illusion of me wearing gloves ( not what we originally agreed to). She kept arguing that it was fine and that the dress looked fine on me (which it didn’t it was still too big everywhere). I became frustrated as she would not listen to me, at which point I said fine just give me my dress. (1 week to the wedding I don’t have time for her BS). She proceeded to ring in my purchase and charged me $68 for nothing. I needed my dress as I was getting married in a week. (I didn’t come in to bring home and I’ll fitting dress that was wrinkled). I took my dress to get tailored somewhere else on a rush and pressed. If she realized that the job was too difficult to do why didn’t she just call me to let me know? Why would you return a garment wrinkled? Why would the tailor argue with me that it fit fine when it clearly didn’t? Anyways, I ended up with a dress that fit only because I took it somewhere else. Thanks for nothing but sucking me of my money and time. I will never return or reccomend you to anyone.

Honestly the worst dry cleaners I've ever been to. Called me to tell me that I owed them 17$ because they had charged me the wrong price so I should "come in as quickly as possible". It was 26$ for one dress and the lady on the phone told me it's never more than 40$ but told me to come pay remaining amount... so not sure how that works...VERY unprofessional. The reviews aren't wrong when they say that the stuff comes back not clean (my dress had stains on it still). They had also put a tag on the dress that stating it was "defective- with snags all over it" and there's not a snag on the dress. I think they're just covering all their bases in case they do ruin clothes. I now believe the reviews that say they paid 10$ for people to write good google reviews. Go read the YELP ones- way more accurate. Will NEVER be going back again.

I left my wedding dress with them just for DRY CLEANING only. The dress is a very expensive designer (BERTA). The dress was returned to me with the cups removed and the berta hanger straps removed. They replaced the hanger straps with large, gotti ones that were too long and had to be cut off so they didn’t show through the fitted dress. They discounted me but I was livid they made me pay anything at all for that matter. My dress also seemed significantly shorter. I noticed that the bottom was kinked upward so the dress didn’t sit flat. I ended up having to go back to the seamstress at the bridal shop to re-sew the cups back in. The dress did not look perfect for my after wedding photo shoot and I am very unimpressed. Please ask your bridal shop who they recommend for DRY CLEANING ONLY. If someone does not request alterations you should in NO WAY alter it AT ALL.

My boyfriend and I came to this location after being turned away from another dry cleaner that told us it would be two weeks before we got our items back. Our service at Page was prompt and friendly, and we were able to have four pieces dry cleaned along with alterations to a pair of dress pants within two business days. I was also given a very reasonable quote right over the phone. Impressive service- we will definitely be bringing any future cleaning or alterations here!

Very irresponsible store and staff. I took my wedding dress there 3 weeks ago and they told they would call me within a couple days to confirm the price. They did not call at all. My receipt showed the pickup date was sep 21st. I showed up to pick up my dress on Sep 24th. They first had no clue where my wedding dress was. After 10 minutes of searching the store, they finally found my dress thankfully. They told me they were waiting for me to confirm $266 for the price of washing my dress. They even didnt bother to call me and leave a voicemail. I took my dress back that day. I do not want to go to this place anymore.

Do not go here - it is extremely overpriced. Better off to buy yourself a new article of clothing. Service was fast, however, they increased all their prices recently. They consider a cocktail work dress (simple, no detailing, no lace etc.) the equivalent to a long gown (i.e. ball gown). EXTREMELY OVERPRICED.

What a difference it makes to have my cleaning picked up and delivered. For the same price as a dry cleaner where I do the drop off myself they will pick up and deliver to my office. When they first told me it was the same cost I really didn’t believe that a more convenient service would cost the same. After asking questions I understood that storefront locations (like all my previous drycleaners) cost quite a lot to operate. However, having a truck with a delivery driver is much less expensive, so I get the convenience I want for the price I am used to.

I brought my 2 Canada Goose winter jacket for dry cleaning and for both times, Press Gallery did an amazing job. My jackets are still in a very good condition, colors are still as bright. Also, I like this place because the staff are friendly and very considerate. Even Murray, the person who picks up and drops off the items, is very kind. I can't recall his name, but the clothing/item driver is such a friendly gentleman (This service is such a perk and one of the reasons I only use Press Gallery). As for services, 9/10 Press Gallery does a great job. There is the occasion the item is sent back with the original blemish, but I do appreciate that they re-clean items at no extra cost. I've had lingering problems with the app and have tried to correct it to no help, otherwise this would be a 5/5 review.

Today I had a great experience at the Ottewell Cleaners and Tailoring. I had a couple of suits dry cleaned and Dean did not disappoint. I was very impressed with the quality of work which was done at the time agreed on. Dean took the time to explain their dry cleaning process. The store was neat and orderly. VERY BAD SERVICE!! On Wednesday I brought my two white shirts and a colored shirt and a suit and a sport's jacket to have them cleaned, the new lady manager said she will do it but not sure about the sports jacket if it can be done on time for Saturday since Friday is a holiday, I said that is fine just let me know by phone. The next day she didn't call me to let me know if the jacket can be done too or not, I had the go to check, she said yes it can be done on time for Saturday and all will be ready. Today Saturday I went to get the clothes, the sports jacket still have the stain and the white shirts had the collars yellow along the neck line. I asked the lady why they are not cleaned, she said there was no enough time! she made me pay all the charge . VERY BAD SERVICE!! I am NOT going there any more. I advise everyone not to go there that is you want your clothes to be properly cleaned! The older manager I think his name was Sam, he was really good and professional and I always dealt with him, the new manager said that he retired. too bad.

Is the best dry cleaners to go too! I've been to so many dry cleaners, typically my overall impression has always been average but no wow! What impress me the most about Castledowns Cleanitizing is their professionalism and product knowledge. I've never been to a dry cleaner where they have provided me a detailed product knowledge on stain removal and their cleaning process and the work that is put into. When I returned to pick up my 5 WHITE Dress shirts and 3 suits which are not cheap that I purchased at Harry Rosen's. I could NOT believe the how clean my WHITE DRESS SHIRTS and the way my SUITS were pressed. Lets just say when they TALK they came out DELIVERING!!!! Price wise is comparable to Press Gallery and Page Dry Cleaning, but BETTER!

Best dry cleaning service, I dropped off my wife's leather jacket that had a Cat pee stain. We called so many dry cleaners if they do leather cleaning, surprisingly not many does leather and suede cleaning. They were amazing and so professional. I have been a very long time customer and have seen the customer service degrade in the last year or so. Staff are not friendly and are not trained to assess clothing and advise on what can be dry cleaned. Recently my clothes started to come back with a floral scent. I prefer my clothes to have no scent. I was not advised nor asked if this was something I desired. Sad to see this once great dry cleaning company degrade. Hopefully, they will address the issues. I will no longer be using there services.

Took in my fully lined living room drapes and valance to be cleaned. These drapes had not previously been cleaned and I was concerned how this would turn out. The curtains were beautifully cleaned, pressed and I have them back up on the window within four days. Other cleaners had estimated 7 - 14 days to clean and I had no idea of their quality. Update: Well they tried and they failed. The items I left came back in worse condition than when they were dropped off. Covered in lint, and several long black hairs I had to explain to my girlfriend. Nothing was damaged but everything was cleaner than when it was left in their care. Whoever pressed them must have been learning because I could do a better job in two minutes with a cold iron while hungover. Needless to say it will be a long time before I think about returning. Came highly recommended from a reputable retailer, but so far I haven't been impressed with the service. The girl at the til seemed less than pleased to see a new client and did not appear to understand the services offered. Pick up is planned for tomorrow so it should be interesting to see how they perform.

Dropped off five shirts, confirmed price of $2.50 per shirt. At pick up, charged $6.50 a piece for two shirts deemed "designer" although they had been checked by staff when I dropped them off. The girl at the till was unhelpful even after I showed her my pick up slip that had $2.50 a shirt printed on it, did not explain why two were deemed "designer" shirts nor what made them "designer" shirts. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch; lucky they didn't arbitrarily deem all shirts designer, as that would nearly triple the price of the quoted order and they don't seem to honour their prices given at drop off (even with printed confirmation).

Please try to AVOID this place with all cost. I came her with my suit set for dry cleaning but in return got a mismatched suit and pants. They did not even attempt to solve the problem or contact me but instead, accusing me that I brought in mismatched sets. Maybe in the future we all need to take a picture of what we bring to drycleaners. Update: After some discussion with the owner I was able to be compensated for the loss. The owner admitted their mistake and apologized. So I'll up my score a bit.

This was my first time in this laundry, and I have to say the customer service is terribly awful!! The guy who si here to help the customers seems like he hates his job, absolutely bad attitude he makes you feel like you are not welcome at all and he didn't help at all. I was polite at the time to ask him if he could give me some change to use the machines however he took forever to attend when I was the only one waiting he was on his phone. This place has to be more careful at the time to hire their stuff they are so rude.
