Really unprofessional and poor communication. Just cancels appointments seemingly on a whim and staff that don't mind the phone or are able to undertake basic clerical duties. Downright irresponsible and immature. I would recommend anyone seeking any kind of aid regarding mental health to take your business elsewhere. My experience to date has been very disapointing.

They do not provide a phone number where they answer the phone and you can speak to someone, just a recording and very unclear options to leave a message. This is unacceptable for clients who DO NOT have the use of a computer and are mentally challenged. You would think a doctors office would provide every means of communication with their patients. Not good.

Really disappointed with Dr Hamid. A few years ago he was still putting in effort in being a good doctor, but now it seems he's more interested in filling out prescriptions and sending you away. I don't expect a sit down session like with a psychologist, but I do expect a good psychiatrist to go over side effects and other concerns with medication. He seems more interested in promoting the other businesses and psychologists in the building than listening to your concerns. With this doctor, I feel like it's all about the bottom line.

Dr. Hamid was professional and listened to what I had to say. By the end of my appointment, I was diagnosed and sent off ready to start some medication (I had gone undiagnosed most of my life). He made me feel welcome and the fact his office is open some Saturdays helps a lot. I don't have to take time off work to go see him. His office staff are welcoming and warm. All in all I really enjoyed my experience.

doesn't listen to your problems and isn't really understanding when you speak to him, not open minded at all and made me feel WAAAY worse after my appointment about the issue than i felt before the appointment, also referred me to use religion as a way to cope rather than providing me medication or referring me to real scientifically approved methods :(

This doctor doesn’t talk at all and he doesn’t ask you how you are doing about your struggles and he doesn’t want to know what is happening in my life. He keep looking out the window and 40 mins later he asks you ‘so.... when can I see you next and push you out the door. I will contact College of Physicians and Doctors of Alberta and report him for not doing anything and billing AHS. The way he stares at me makes me really uncomfortable too. I am a woman and many times I am alone with him in his office. HE NEVER EVER ASKS ME ANY QUESTIONS and I have to entertain him during every meeting. He just stares out the window and stares at me and this doctor gets ANGRY with me sometimes if I ask him questions to which he doesn’t know an answer. He has an anger issue too. This doctor is not up to date and he doesn’t know anything about new treatment and medicine. Stop wasting your time. I heard that he fell in love with his patient or something and he was hospitalized for his own issues.

Dr. Mary is an amazing family doctor. She is very thorough and follows up with patient care (unlike many doctors I've seen). I never feel like any issue is too small or will be ignored. She doesn't just start prescribing medications unnecessarily either! The staff are very friendly and the clinic is clean and I've never had to wait too long to get an appointment booked. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new family doctor or clinic

I've been at this clinic for over a year and I've had consistently positive experiences. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. The walk-in option is very convenient; I've seen several different doctors and they've all been good. Nobody seems rushed at this clinic, and even if I'm not seeing my family doc they take the time to read my file and have meaningful dialogue. Also the pharmacy / travel clinic across the hall is fantastic!

I was scheduled to see Dr Maria at 8am, but was called and told she is not in today. Not surprised as this is the THIRD time it's happened. It seems to me like she doesn't really care that much about her job or maybe even patients. This time I didn't have to take time off work but the previous 2 times I had and lost 4 hours wages because of the cancellations. Do not think I will be back to see her, that is if she decides to show up even.

Dr. Henderson is absolutely incredible. I came to her after 8 months with a GP that truly made me question the reliability of doctors. Dr.Henderson listened to every concern I had and got to work immediately helping to find solutions to my issues. She did more for me in our initial meet and greet appointment than my previous doctor had done in 8 months. She truly is an advocate for my health and well being and is incredibly knowledgeable. I strongly reccomend her, especially if you're a why person like me! Thank you primecare and Dr. Henderson I am forever grateful.

I was a patient of Dr. Mary's for 2 years. She started off being great and helpful but slowly but surely, her service and attitude declined greatly. My last 3 appointments I booked with her, I got phone calls from the clinic calling to reschedule because she was no longer going to be in those days, with less than 24h notice, to boot. How convinient. Not to mention, she was always at least 20-30 minutes late for each of my appointments and when I finally got in there, the appointment itself lasted less than 5 mins. Was never able to get my questions answered or made to feel like I mattered. I even referred a friend to her and even she ended up leaving too because of the rude service. Tried to go see Dr. Henderson and she is 10x worse than Dr Mary. Very cold, abrupt and rude. Don't waste your time with this clinic. Plenty of other better ones in the city. Would NOT recommend!

Good as a walk in clinic. I've met with most of the doctors, and they have all been nice. It can be frustrating as a family doctor however, as specific doctors aren't usually available for appointments.

I am not coming back to this clinic again. My doctor was judgmental and unhelpful when it came to my mental health issues. In follow up appointments she did not ask me how I was dealing with my depression/anxiety. It truly felt like she did not care about my physical or mental health at all. Once I finally decided to switch doctors within the clinic, my appointment with the new doctor gets canceled. A day before my rescheduled appointment I am told that she actually is not accepting new patients at all. I have no idea why they didn't tell me that before I had to wait three weeks for my appointment. I have wasted so much of my time with this clinic; time that should have been spent with other doctors who actually want to help me. Some of the staff are really kind and helpful, but I've had a bad experience with the rest. Unfortunately, I do not recommend going here.
