On a very cold day (-20) I made it to our appointment on time .She was pleasant until I commented I didn't realize she was way further than I thought. Avoid this place at ALL costs. They are very incompetent at doing very basic tasks. Went to get my new vehicle registration... a couple days later they said I had to come back because they gave me the wrong form. So I went ALL the way back only for another call a week later. I need to go back because they didn't get me to sign the right form...Like WTF. Go back 3 TIMES for something as simple as a registration. Find out who is making these errors and PLEASE fire them. And NO I'm not coming back. I'll go somewhere else. So you can refund me.

I booked my road test here after a very bad experience at another registry and was pleasantly surprised to get a reminder via text on the test day. The examiner was very calm and professional, gave clear directives ahead of time and focused on my driving. The car provided for the test was nice and I enjoyed driving it. This is my favourite registry! As far as I know, it opened up a year ago, but they have a lot of registers for customer service. There wasn't a line when I went and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I took a chance on this process server a few hours before my deadline for filing my civil claim from another Province! I would have forfeited my case if he hadn’t kept his promise to take care of it immediately, personally and promptly, and he did! Kumar kept me calm as I struggled with a software issue in transferring the doc to him as the time ticked down. Then he sent me the photo confirmation before I had even transferred all the funds. It was also served efficiently the following day. I received immediate proof of that. Lucky for me when a larger company let me down the morning of, I miraculously dialed in on the most honest and best process server in the city. Thank you Kumar for going above and beyond! She was quick and helpful however because it was an in home business she had her dogs there. She barely made any attempt to put them in another room. As soon as I entered they jumped all over me and once I sat down one began biting my feet. Only after it was very evident that I was uncomfortable did she shut them out of the room. Yes, his office is in the living room of his boiling hot apartment. And yes, it is somewhat disconcerting to pay with your credit card via some doohickey attached to his phone. However, the level of service and the speed with which Kumar was able to provide what I needed was excellent. He was very courteous and was clearly well-versed in visa applications and immigration. I went in to his office knowing nearly nothing about the process I was undertaking (moving to China to work for a year). Luckily, Kumar knew all the necessary steps and documents required. As for his prices, I think they are fair. I had 4 documents notarized and then also legalized by the Chinese consulate. The total for everything was $380 which seems reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Overall, I have to give Kumar 5 stars. His customer service and the quality of his work are excellent. I just wish he would buy an air conditioner.

Just a group of junior and inexperienced lawyers who will lure you in with a free consultation then mess up your case. There's a reason why their consultations are free... they couldn't get away with charging anything. Definitely had no confidence in the twenty something year old lawyer up against my employer's lawyers. Then I was given sass and attitude. Never considering this company again. Don't trust all the reviews. They certainly don't resemble the real experience and are probably coerced out of people.

Shockingly terrible! Unfortunately, I trusted positive reviews and decided hiring this Law firm. Meeting Heather Tyminski and trusting her was a big mistake. She grabbed my case by promising that she will take a quick action on my case. communication with her got totally stopped after giving her my documents and retaining amount. I have been so depressed throughout the period because she didn’t explain what she was going to do with my case. Every time I was told she was working on my case, no answer to phone calls and no proper answer to emails. After two months, I wrote an email to Natalie Reader about that situation. Then Heather sent me a draft that was more shocking because Heather did only simple calculations( by deviding amounts into per year)in two months. I couldn’t see her legal expertise in two months. Finally I asked her for returning my documents and not to include her work. I got my documents back with zero input by Heather, but she charged approximately $ 1700 for wasting my time. Good luck to her career!
