I am so grateful I went here! Dr. Jay and his staff are friendly, transparent and well informed about what I need to help get me moving. Before going to Shepard Health, I was discouraged about seeking out MORE treatment after 7 months of physio at 2 different locations with little results. I cannot believe the difference I've seen in such a short time with Shepard Health! This is the most stable and pain-free my knees have felt in almost 2 years. I've been told previously that I need physio, massage, active release etc. to get my knees where they need to be. Who can afford all those services separately? At Shepard Health, they do it all! This is a place to avoid if you'd like to receive proper treatment. This is the busiest clinic you'll ever see, and it comes at the cost of patient care. You will be brought back twice a week for the indefinite future regardless of the issues you have. This is a place where as a patient, you are subjected to watching Jay yell at his staff, regardless of who is in the room. Jay is unprofessional, unhygienic, highly distracted, and fake. I once heard him say he "got no sleep last night" ...and somehow still felt he was capable to adjust patients.... does that seem wrong to anyone else, or is it just me?

Saw Dr. Jay about a year ago for my back pain, and it still angers me how poor he treats some of his patients. I’m not sure if he only treats his “rich” or “famous” patients well, but when I went there, it was a 2 minute appointment where he asked me to point to one spot where it hurt, and would crack my back in that singular spot. He would ask me how my day was, but wouldn’t ask me anything about my back or give me any advice. I was then pressured into paying for more services and coming back for repeat appointment. I came back once or twice to see if it was just the first appointment that was like that, and it was the same for every appointment. People I’ve talked to have had the same experience as me, I am pretty sure that they either give themselves reviews or give rewards to people who give them good reviews.

And absolute bonus—he and his staff are some of the kindest most genuine and knowledgeable people I have met and the atmosphere in there is so positive and inviting and you just know you’re being very well taken care of. I have suffered from gout and arthritis for many years, at times going months at a time where I couldn't put weight or a shoe on my foot. The medication that medical doctors gave me only covered the issue and in reality made me sick. Someone at work recommended Dr. Paul to me. I was able to get into see him on very short notice, in fact he met me during his lunch break to fit me in so we could start working on my treatment right away. I first saw Dr.Paul because I had an old car accident injury (fractured pelvis) that was never treated properly and started causing pain. He sent me for x-rays and then put me on a twice a week adjustment plan. The amount of relief I have is incredible. Not just pain wise, but I can move my body so much more freely. He is very kind and good at what he does. I would easily recommend anyone to see him.

I was experiencing a lot of pain in my left hip and my lower back for months before seeing Dr. Barry. A problem which is probably related to my right ankle which I had broken just over a year ago. I decided to come into Pure Health on a whim, after having no luck with walk in clinics. After a few weeks of treatment, I started to finally feel normal again. Dr. Barry was able to point out a few other things that showed up in my x-rays that could be fixed (such as my neck and shoulders). I've also been able to get my orthotics through them and I absolutely love them. I work in construction as well so I'm generally quite stiff. I plan on continuing to come back to avoid possible future problems/surgery related to my job and my injury and also I really do look forward to my adjustments. The staff at the front desk are amazing and very friendly.

I am not a person of many words but felt it was necessary to let others know how much I appreciate Dr Paul Mcconnell. I was introduced to him about 10 yrs ago through a friend. I had been in an accident many years prior and was on daily medicine for my pain and migraines. After seeing Dr Paul for a few months my life started to change. Not only was my pain manageable but I was off my medicine and my quality of life increased. I have continuted to see Dr Paul over the years. In October 2018 my dreams had finally came true and I became pregnant. Again Dr Paul helped me manage my pain and discomfort throughout my pregnancy. I delivered a healthly big boy in August of this year with some minor complications. After 27 hrs of labour and the use of forceps my doctor decided on a c section. Knowing that my little guy went through a fair amount of stress I knew I had to reach out to Dr Paul to help us. Not only does Dr Paul have a passion for chiropractic care. He has a compassion and love for helping people better their health. Thank you so much Dr Paul for all you have done for me and now my child.

Dr Watson is in believable! He made me trust chiropractics again. I have been to other chiropractic clinics before but I have never had as good of an experience as I have had at Fish Creek. They took the time to talk about history of pain, explain how the nervous system and issues in my back are related, the kind of problems that happen with spine and disks - all before proceeding with adjustments (where as other practices would just adjust to get rid of the pain). These guys are interested in overall health and preventing further health problems. They did X-Rays and two other tests to see what is happening with my back. Was able to see that my aches that have been "adjusted" in the past are actually coming from an issue that has been going on for about 20 years. Had I kept my previous chiropractor I would not have known my back pain was so serious. Staff was lovely, the Doctor was very through in explaining things. They definitely take the time to educate you which I think is important. No direct billing - but I wouldn't consider that a drawback after receiving such amazing service.

I've been seeing Dr. Boyd for chiropractic for around 2 years. His approach is completely geared toward long-term health. Unlike past practitioners I've seen where you're in for a 10 min adjustment then out the door, Dr. Boyd takes the time to find out the cause of the issue and does some muscle work as well as the adjustment. He has given me some excellent tools to prevent injury recurrence, including posture, strengthening, and stretching. I have been following Terry for years and am happy that she has recently settled at Back & Body Health. It's a great & simple location - easy parking. Terry is for sure the best massage therapist my husband and I have been to. Her massages are thorough and always last as they are truly healing. I work out a lot, but also have a sedentary job - she listens and truly wants you to leave in a better place than when you left. Terry often works with cupping - don't be scared of this - it is a great treatment and simply gives her an ability to get deeper into your problem areas. I find Terry gets deep into my injuries or muscles issues, but never leaves me in pain like a deep tissue massage. Long story short. Go see Terry.

I went to this clinic as it was recommended to me though a friend, to go see Tammi. The clinic has great access and parking is great. I had put my back out somehow and was in high levels of pain. Tammi was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable in what was going on with my back and explained well what was happening in treatment and what the pain was when I asked questions. Have been here before for a half hour massage and it was great! Tried coming back but the lady was all booked up so went with someone else. Explained that I was having a lot of back pain and needed a deep massage as per my chiropractor. Had an hour massage and felt like I didn't at all get a massage. Had some cupping down and had a weird painful face massage and had my limbs moved around a lot but nothing that felt like a proper massage. Highly disappointed in the massage.

Dr. Grant Cummings is the GREATEST Chiropractor that I have ever been to !! The entire staff at this Clinic are ALL AWESOME !! I visited my previous Chiropractor twice for issues with my neck and upper back and he was unable to help me. When I first visited Dr. Grant, he took the time and effort necessary to prepare my back and neck so that the necessary "fixes" could be made. What a relief that was .... I had suffered for 6 months and Dr. Grant fixed me on my very first visit ! I have referred every person I know to him, including parents with small children, as I know that colic can be caused by a misalignment that can be fixed with a simple, painless, chiropractic adjustment. Jasmine is quick to schedule your follow-up appointments and makes the ease of billing/cashing out seamless. Natalie takes time to explain the assessments and patient history to give Dr. Pat a head start. Clear communication and detailed assessments allow Dr. Pat to optimize his schedule and dedicate his time to his patients. They do x-rays and hands on assessments to find trouble areas in the spine that is basically your fuse box to the entire body. Dr. Pat has a true passion for the work he does and takes pride in his profession. I have scoliosis and am an avid gym goer (exercise savvy as well)- Dr. Pat's adjustments complement my training and I've seen tremendous benefits in mobility and strength. Muscles activate better in my core, traps and hips. The clinic is also staffed with two phenomenal Massage Therapists in Justin and Carlie. You get complete care in one clinic and the service from start to finish is consistently impressive.

Only five stars? I would give more.... My teenage son and I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Pat, and all of his associates. They treat you like family. The initial exam was extremely thorough. Dr. Pat took great care in explaining our health in a detailed, understandable manner. The treatment has also been exemplary. One of the surprising benefits that both my son and I have experienced is a marked improvement in our eyesight. Both of us have 20/20 vision, however immediately after treatment we both noticed a heightened vibrancy and clarity. Looking forward to our next treatment.

I have had symptoms from post-concussion syndrome for about nine months. For most of that time I was seeking treatment from various medical professionals that didn't seem to really get me anywhere. My symptoms included: constant headaches, nausea, muscle soreness, balance issues, and serious dizziness. After a few months of spinal and brain treatment from Revelation Health Centre (specifically Dr. John) my headaches have became increasingly uncommon, the nausea is completely gone, my balance is fully restored, and the dizziness is almost non-existent. I am finally living almost free of pain after almost a year and I don't think I could have gotten here without Revelation Health. As an athlete who hasn't been able to play sports since the injury, I feel a new sense of comfort and freedom finally being cleared to go back. I would highly highly suggest visiting the Health Centre.

I am very, very grateful to have found Dr. John Battershill for my severe head injury!!! He has made such a huge difference in my life. Prior to seeing him, I was sleeping 12 hours a day (no, not kidding) and was losing hope of ever getting better. On the days I had to work, I had to pop 4 energy pills just to keep myself awake. But I wasn’t a whole lot better, my brain was still foggy and my comprehension was slow. After seeing Dr. John for a week, my energy level went up immediately and my brain felt clear for the first time in a long time. I no longer need the 12 hours of sleep; 8 hours is sufficient like a normal human being. I couldn’t believe it. Could not believe it. I have suffered 7 years (7 long years) and no one in the hospital or my family doctor ever told me about different head concussion treatments like this one. Actually, no treatment was offered to me at all by the medical doctors, they only told me to sleep and sleep. What I am most angry about is that they didn’t even advise me of some of the common side effects of severe head injury, and left me suffer severe depression on my own for a long time. In the last 7 years, I have taken more than 2 years off to sleep thinking that it’s the only way to recover. But I never did recover, it fact my condition got worse and worse. I wish I had known Dr. John years before and I could have gotten help earlier. If you are suffering from severe head injury, I would definitely recommend you give Dr. John a try.

I initially went in to see Rebecca for tightness and soreness in my legs. As a varsity athlete at the UofC she was able to get me feeling 100% week in and week out. She is amazing and super talented. She even went above and beyond and gave me some Epson salts that she made herself to aid recovery. Dr Keith has been amazing to work with. He provides an in-depth analysis of body alignment. On top of getting adjustments to fix my alignment, Dr Keith also takes the time to explain everything that is going on and what I can do at home to help resolve the issues. Dr John was amazing in my one session with him. He was able to get me feeling better than I have in months in just 15 minutes. He explained diet changes to make and at home exercises I could do in order to make sure all my muscles were firing properly. Overall the clinic was amazing and there attention to detail was second to none. Everything was clean and flowed smoothly. From the receptionist to the Doctors everyone was very friendly and caring.

I am 8 weeks into my treatment program with Dr Jeff. After having gone through countless years of treatments (100+) at different clinic's, I have found Dr. Jeff's approach very effective. My neck has never felt better after 5 years of pain and my lower back is progressing as well (after 12 years of injury). Prior to seeing Dr. Jeff, I had almost accepted the fact that my neck and back were going to be subject to pain management for the remainder of my life as opposed to healing. After my first 8 weeks, I am more optimistic than I ever have been that my body will be capable of healing itself once my spine is in correct alignment (courtesy of Dr. Jeff). The accountability will be on YOU, as you need to take your treatment serious and complete the at home program exercises. Very affordable packages for families. Definitely a must to go visit and be educated on the importance of correcting the subluxation's in your spine!

Chiropractic wellness is powerful! I never review. In fact this is my first one! However, with how important this is I could not neglect sharing... Dr. Jeff helped me when I was in so much pain and could barely walk - this was life changing as I’m a mother to 4 children. I’m a very fit person that has always valued my health; ate well, exercised, etc. I never knew that in a moment I could be disabled and in so much pain from something I never took care of - my spine. I occasionally had back pain but let it ride out. Slowly old pains became more frequent and next thing I knew I was unable to stand and could barely walk. X-rays showed how my spine didn’t have the curves it needed and why my back finally gave out. I never would have thought my spine was less than perfect! I always hesitate seeing a doctor (as I don’t like painkillers) and truly thought with how twisted up I was that I would need more then a chiropractor...I was wrong. Dr. Jeff and his staff took care of me and because of them I can finally stand up straight, walk around unassisted with my kids, and sleep after many, many months. Most importantly, I learnt about the health of my spine and how vital it is for the ambitions I have in my life. I’m so thankful for him adjusting my children as well. The staff are caring, warm and always helpful. I’m very thankful I was referred here. This is the best Chiropractor (doctor) I’ve ever been to and will stay with them. I love this place! Dr. Collins is awesome and has been treating my adhoc, various injuries or strains for a few years. He does a great job and usually has me feeling a lot better very quickly. The clinic is wonderful, I can send an email asking for an appointment, and they respond almost immediately and can usually squeeze me in within a day or so. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and personable, and they truly go out of their way to provide a wonderful, personalized patient experience. Booked an appointment a while ago. I was in lot of pain. They gave me an appointment. Receptionists will never say no to you for time of appointment u want as they can squeeze u in middle of other appointments but all you get is 5 Minutes with Dr Collins and then he is on to his regular scheduled appointment. He spent 5 minutes the most with me and I left in pain. Charged me full price for a session for spending 5 minutes. It’s pretty sad when in health sector people become money hungry. Please ask them how much time he will spend on u when u book an appointment so he can’t rip u off by scheduling 12 patients in hour.

I have been with Dr Collins at Bankers Hall Chiropractic for many many years, I started visiting him on 4th Street and followed him to his present locations. I have been injured many times in the different sports that I enjoy doing from cycling, squash and everything I can get at. He’s helped work through my injuries and had to suffer with active release to get the benefits that Dr Collins suggested. If your having a bad day stop by to be entertained by the girls at the front desk. I had the best experience here. I booked an appointment with Gloria for relaxation massage and I had such an amazing experience. Her pressure and technique was incredible. I felt super relaxed and comfortable. She is so nice and friendly and I would recommend her for anyone who is looking to get a massage done. The clinic itself is clean and the staff are friendly.

I'm torn because they have some amazing people that work there. I have had some great massages there. But they NEVER answer the phone. And when I went in they told me to leave a message and they always return it. But only once have they returned it. One day I left 3 messages. Nothing. Not once in the last year when I called has anyone answered the phone. It's crazy.

Ed Middleton is an amazing physio/ chiro. He takes a holistic approach and makes sure to look at the whole body and how it all works together. I've also had some therapeutic messages here which were great. Online booking system is a huge plus and makes it easy to quickly book in time. The staff at the front are super friendly and able to do direct billing for healthcare coverage.

I went in today to find out about some of the services and the customer service wasn't great at all. I was looking to book an appointment and they have 2 days available for this service at the worst times and so it never worked. The front desk lady never smiled once and she made no effort to find other times that worked so I walked out frustrated as this is close to my house. Needless to say I looked elsewhere where the service was way better!

Prior to Jamie, I had experiences with 2 chiropractors. Both we very experienced but also had minimal bedside manner. I was treated like cattle. They both wanted me in there multiple times per week and the appointments were so short they didn't always even assess me. Jamie saved my career and greatly improved my quality of life. I was considering going back to school as my daily pain and immobility was unmanageable and I could no longer function at work. Jamie saw me, with the goal in the future of NOT seeing me often as his opinion was he's not doing his job if I'm in there multiple times a week on a long term basis. His appointments are typically 15min long. He doesn't rush. First assessing then adjusting then reassessing, back and forth multiple times with conversation, advice and purpose behind each adjustment. He uses the gonstead method. His wife is also a chiropractor, specializes in Pediatrics. I have taken my kids to her and seen improvement each time. The kids really enjoy going! I've never had the issue of an extended wait to see her. And if I did, it means another child is getting that same amazing care without being rushed so I don't mind waiting at all.

I have been a client at Miceli Family Chiropractic for over a year now. I drive across the city to visit this clinic. My massage therapist Takashi has been amazing. He has helped me out so much and he is very knowledgeable. I have never had to wait for an appointment, as he is always on time. The receptionists are great about getting you in if they have any last minute cancellations. Yesterday, I experienced a double booking for the first time, due to similarity in names. Mistakes happen and I ended up very impressed with the way I was treated. I strongly recommend this clinic, they care about their customers, I have seen them go above and beyond to recover from an error. If you are looking for a massage or chiropractic services, I strongly recommend this clinic.

I have had a misdiagnosed issue that I lived with for over 10 years of my life. This misdiagnosis led to me following a treatment plan that only incrementally increased pain in my body. Cody identified the misdiagnosis after 2 sessions, realizing that the bone structure in my hips is simply 'different' and that my previous treatment plan and approach would not be effective.
